DOING ME!

Bloom into Life Unapologetically: Doing Me: Break-free from what others think! Why try to be someone else? Express your words freely, those who do not have a problem with them know your intentions, and those who do have a problem, you know their intentions. -LWB Butterfly 🦋 I remember when I first started doing me . People were treating me like I was doing something wrong. To be honest, I thought I was doing something wrong by standing up for myself. I thought I had to make others feel better than I was making myself feel. I learned this at such a young age, because I was brought up to please others and that caused me to overlook myself. I remember being in high school and I would often receive allowances from my parents. My first thoughts were to give them away, which would leave me with nothing. Now, don’t get me wrong, giving to others is a wonderful feeling and a great thing to do, but often, the people we give to are people who do not know how to give back to u...

Blossom into your Life Unapologetically

Blossom into your Life Unapologetically  Quote: Don’t be sorry for being you!  ©️ 2019 LWB Butterfly  🦋   Living unapologetically does not mean that you are  heartless. Goodness still has a place inside of you. It just allows you to build yourself up in a way that springs forth newness. (Your new perspective could inspire other people to do so as well). Living unapologetically will cause you to look (and feel) better and bolder. It teaches you not to be sorry for being who you are and/or for desiring what you want. Living unapologetically does not mean crushing all things kind and good. Do not be sorry for being who you are. There is a voice inside of us (at times) that tells us to take the blame in situations (even if we were not the cause). I have learned how to make it my priority to live unapologetically, and to understand who I am. As long as my intentions toward others are wholesome when interacting with them, then I'm fine (and I won't regret my ...

Mental Health Breakthrough: It's Not A Taboo!

Mental Health Breakthrough : It’s not a taboo! Spring into Fresh Energy Health Week Quote: Don’t regret, nor be ashamed of your story! Someone else needs to hear it and to know that they are not alone! -LWB Butterfly. The developmental stages in our childhood life may pave the way for Mental Health Illness (if not acknowledged and resolved). The first medicine to prescribe is LOVE... -LWB Butterfly The cause of Mental Health is not diagnosed nor generated only by a chemical imbalance. It can also be triggered by the emotional trauma from a person's childhood that is never addressed. The traumatic childhood events in a person’s life can cause many factors. Let’s release together so that we can live our best life. As people we have a way to suppress our Emotional Intelligence because some of us were taught not to deal with them (especially males). This type of emotional disconnect causes a person not to be able to handle them and then they discover the pressure...

Career Goals: Steps Toward Success!

Career Goals: Steps Toward Success! Concentrate on your goals and stay on course!  Success is to have an aim for something, failure is lacking something. Courage is distinguishing between the two.  ©️ 2019 LWB Butterfly 🦋   Setting goals can enhance a persons mindset to make sure that    they are working toward their interests. Goals can keep you focused on what it is you are desiring to accomplish in your life. When making career goals, remember to be optimistic and reward yourself when each goal has been met in some kind of way. This will help you with your next goal. For example, I have a goal to get two of my books into school systems, so I have to make sure I connect with all of the schools in my area. Now I know it will take work for this to happen, and I need to make sure I am setting realistic goals so that I won't feel like a failure if the tasks are not complete. If you think about it, creating career goals can be designed by si...

Personal Empowerment: Relationships

Personal Empowerment: Relationships Spring into Fresh Energy this month by identifying your Personal Empowerment in self and in other relationships.  This process may take time for some and may be automatic for others. I had to learn how to build my personal empowerment from within, and I had to be the one to make it happen. I had to be confident and strong enough to create boundaries and sensible goals for myself. We all have strengths and weaknesses that can cause us to activate our potentials or deactivate them due to doubts and fears.   Once we tap into our abilities and discover our talents and skills, we will be able to handle different situations on a daily bases. We first need to realize our roles and not allow any situation to overtake us if we can not change it on our own. For example, if you are in a relationship that does not allow you the opportunity to be creative, explore different opportunities, or voice your opinions in a situation, yo...

Spiritual and Emotional Intelligence

Spiritual and  Emotional  Intelligence Spring into Fresh Energy Emotional and Spiritual Intelligence have powerful forces behind them, and I discovered mine through understanding what E.Q. (Emotional Quotient) was and how to operate in it.  Most of us have to find and determine our own success. When I discovered who I truly am, I did not base everything solely on my E.Q., because I did not identify that level of intelligence until later on in my life. However, I was, and am, a person who gets along well with others, and has high self-esteem about myself in life situations.  I celebrated people and I am not jealous nor threatened by anyone.   As I matured in life, I discovered that I had another part of my intelligence that was stronger and more influential. This intelligence was morally driven. It was my S.Q. (Spiritual Quotient). I was 19 years old when I recognized this mindset, but it took longer for me to identify its total p...

Genuine or Judgmental

Genuine or Judgmental? Spirituality: Genuine or Judgmental?  Can your genuine thoughts and deeds appear judgmental? Being genuine can put you in your own head-space and may cause you to be judgmental toward others' genuineness (simultaneously). My real may cause me to think the outsider (the other person) is being fake. Sometimes, our personal preferences can cause judgment to appear, because we all handle things differently. I was in a situation once with a close relative, and their actions caused my intentions to appear judgmental toward them. My genuineness was to help bring a stronger awareness in a position that they were in. Unfortunately, it did not appear that way, and judgment overpowered the true intent because the person became  uncomfortable and insecure in their personal standing. Instead of the situation appearing helpful to them, it made a drastic turn that lead to a very uncompromising situation. The person felt I was being judgmental to what they w...
