United we Stand! Where do we go from here?

Unity Executes
We know the saying “United we stand and divide we fall”.  As a black community, we should not be in a battle warring against one another.  If we are, that means we are one another’s enemies. We will be forced to divide from each other and then start to be defensive, which will lead us to become vulnerable and start attacking each other. We have to look at the root of the problem: slavery. We cannot allow it to keep causing us to function with this same mindset. We have to deprogram our thinking and rise above it. We war against our own melanin because we think, if one is black and light-skinned, they are better than the darker skinned person.  How foolish is that? Our skin does not define us. We were tricked to think that, and truth be told, most of us believe it.  The white community uses these same tactics against our people to distract us from the truth of who we are.  We are powerful, strong, intelligent, and full of authority. We just have to use it the right way.  We must understand that the white community did all of this brainwashing to divide us in order for them to feel empowered and to conquer this world. The government does not rule the world, it is the top 3% human beings who do that. We must unite with one another to understand how to fight and who to fight with.  The white community knows that if they can keep us separated, then we can stay the weaker link. The problem is that the white community has operated with the mindset of Elitism.  This means they have the mindset and attitude of being superior to someone else.  They lift themselves up higher than anyone else.  That may not be a bad thing to do, but what they have done is demeaning toward other communities. The white community has been its own judge. They are the ones who are the weakest link because they always need help to get what they want. They don’t know how to operate alone. We should be honored that they need our wisdom and man-power.  The white community has insulted us long enough and has continued to enslave us in different ways.  We know they are not superior over us anymore, therefore we are no longer inferior .  The white community does have a large number over other races (over 60%), but we have to remind them of who we are and what we won't allow them to do to us anymore.  We must reinvent our own products and make them and put them in our stores.  My solution is, we must destroy elitism by operating in God’s love and break the curse of this type of treatment.  We are a human race and we must teach the white community that our skin color is not a factor for justice and equality.
Yes, the white community population is 64% verse ours (blacks) which is 13.3%. The fact is, David defeated Goliath, and the war with only 300 men and defeated an army of thousands simply because they were united and followed God’s will.  We as a people must do the same.  We must listen to the Creator to be instructed on how to protect, love, and walk-in wisdom as a black community.  We must understand what unity looks like right now. We are struggling because our crime rate within our own community is 89%. We must stop the black-on-black crime. Remember, our population is only 13.3%, and if we keep destroying our own community, we won’t have one.  We are not the only ones harming our people, police killing is about 14% in the black community.  So it is important for us to come together and be united. I know we think unity means “sameness”, however, there is another truth about it.  Unity does not mean uniformity, but it does define a group of individuals who share common interests. They work together with a purpose, vision, or direction in mind.  Or “exact same” which means we are all black, and our goal should be to advance toward the same humanity and lawful goals as a community. My family is athletic, so let me give an example of unity based on what they are skilled in: basketball.  Think about a basketball team. There are several positions on the court. Each position has different responsibilities on the court, therefore, their IQ must be Sharp in order for the team to win the game.  Their roles and responsibilities are different, and all players on the team must work towards accomplishing the same goal, and that is: to score as many points as possible. They must listen to their coach on (and off) the court and follow instructions effectively because their goal is the same: to win.  My point is: as a black community, we must realize we need a coach as well. We must listen to our Creator's voice for direction and include our human abilities by creating unity amongst one another. We must stop the jealousy between women and start redirecting men back to their families, we must purchase from our own businesses and stop using and giving to the white community. Most importantly, we must value our own lives if we say they really matter and stop killing one another.   I have 7 tips that will execute unity to help us as a community to become less reactive and more proactive.

  1. KNOWLEDGE / INFORMATION   WHO WE ARE| learn about where blacks came from (Lost Israelites)
  2. COMPREHEND/UNDERSTAND THAT WE ARE A POWERFUL, STRONG, AUTHORITATIVE PEOPLE AND WE MUST USE OUR POWER CORRECTLY, STOP BEING REACTIVE AND BECOME MORE PROACTIVE (PROTEST rights)
  3. APPLICATION/APPLY: FIGHT BACK WITH INTELLIGENCE, NOT VIOLENCE/ STOP HARMING ONE ANOTHER BECAUSE OF JEALOUSY.
  4. ANALYZE/ WHY DO WE HAVE BLACK ON BLACK CRIMES WE WERE PROGRAM TO HATE EACH OTHER BECAUSE OF THE COLOR OF OUR OWN SKIN.  THERE ARE LIGHTER BLACKS WHO THINK THEY ARE BETTER THAN DARKER BLACKS  (REFERENCE: SPIKE LEE’S SCHOOL DAYZ)
  5. SYNTHESIZE/ TAKE WHAT WE KNOW FROM OTHER RACES AND USE IT FOR OUR ADVANTAGE.  STOP GIVING THEM THE SATISFACTION OF MAKING THEM THINK THEY ARE A FACTOR. THEY ARE NOT GIANTS, THEY REALLY ARE ANTS (NOT TRYING TO INSULT, BUT THEY HAVE TO TAKE FROM US TO GET WHAT THEY WANT AND NEED).REALITY IS, THEY CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT US AND THAT IS WHAT THEY HATE THE MOST ABOUT OUR RACE.  STOP SUPPORTING THEM.  WE DON’T HAVE TO SPEND OUR MONEY ON THEIR PRODUCTS.  WE NEED TO SUPPORT OUR OWN PEOPLE.  MAKE OUR BRANDS FAMOUS. WE MUST STOP HATING ON EACH OTHER's WEALTH AND JUDGING ONE ANOTHER.  WE MUST NOT TAKE FROM EACH OTHER (MEN, WOMEN, THINGS).
  6. EVALUATE/ OURSELVES AND BE THE DIFFERENCE WE WANT TO SEE IN THIS WORLD.
  7. LOVE: NOT IN HUMAN LOVE, INSTEAD GOD’S LOVE (1 Corinthians 13)

It’s time for us to really become the people we were created to be. Individually we are amazing and now collectively we are dynamic! Ask yourself some questions:
  1. Why is unity and uniqueness necessary to coexist in the black community?
  2. What does it look like to love your enemy?

Yours,
Coach Lisa
